We are Humberto Carpio and Carlos Flores, and together, we run Magic Tours here in Cancun, Mexico, offering exclusive services in vans (not in coaches). We’ve been at the forefront of this company since 1998. Our goal is to offer an unforgettable tour of Mexico in the comfort of our air-conditioned, top-of-the-line fleet of vans, with the assistance of experienced tour guides. We consider ourselves to be extremely professional and we understand the needs of our clients. That’s why our vans are designed to accommodate groups of 12 passengers and less, avoiding crowds.

Today, our services have expanded to the Mayan Riviera and Playa del Carmen. We have a central office and four outlets. Our success comes from compassion and understanding for clients, and our experience in offering the best in service.

Magic Tours Cancun & Mayan Riviera

If Mexico is on your list of dream destinations, your experience there should be magical. And who better to make this dream come true than Magic Tours?

1_1 Magic Tours was first established in 1998 and has since expanded its operations in Cancun and the Mayan Riviera, based on professionalism and a spirit of quality service. At Magic Tours, team work is essential, and the members of our team are all experts. They know the Yucatan Peninsula by heart, including its archeological sites, ecological parks and tourist attractions.

At Magic Tours, our private transportation fleet includes exclusive vans that host smaller groups for a more intimate tour of the city. In fact, we usually cater to a group of no more than 12 passengers. That is how we always top the competition: we eliminate the hassle of coach tours, large crowds and hectic hotel pickups, and replace it with serenity and enjoyment.

We also work with many other travel agencies in Cancun, and we are known as the leaders in creativity and tour operations, featuring the best quality, service and prices. Our clients are always excited about our private and semi-private tours, which are conducted exclusively by certified guides. For our more discerning clientele, we offer VIP services aboard yachts and limousines. We are also successful because of our embarkations and airlines, which always satisfies our customers’ expectations.

Magic Tours’ staff takes pride in high quality of service. We guarantee smooth and pleasant experiences to our guests, and in return, we provide them confidence in our excellent staff. The attention we offer our clients must be always available with high standards, and that’s why we make it extensive to you.

Customer Reviews

Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to compliment Magic Tours on the their EXCELLENT tour at Chichen Itza.

My husband and I unfortunately were part of the AWFUL Amstar tour of 50 plus people---too big and very boring.   At the site, we then tagged along with Magic Tours (Sergio was the guide).   Group was small and Sergio was VERY informative -- he engaged the group and was open to answering our questions.   He spoke slowly, loudly, and clearly.  He made sure we were listening!  The information was interesting and we enjoyed our time!  I just wish we had known about Magic Tours beforehand!

I would definitely recommend your tour group to future travellers!

Best regards,

Joyce F.

Chichen Itza

"I did this trip on my second vacation to Cancun. After it was done, I wished I had done it the first time too. It was a truly fabulous tour."

Pippin_review_1 "Make sure you have a guide at Chichen Itza; wandering the site is in itself rewarding, but there are little signs or brochures and you'll miss a lot of history. Take an umbrella, as there is little shelter from the sun, and a big bottle of water. Really. It’s hot. Not kidding.

"There are two areas to the site, one much older and in a further state of ruin than the other. It’s amazing what they know, and how little they don't know about the Mayans and Toltecs who built Chichen Itza. Pippin_review_2 Beautifully carved stonework abounds; look for Mayan and Toltec symbols of the jaguar and eagle in the later ruins near the El Castillo, and everywhere is the ever present feathered serpent Kukulcan. If you happen to be lucky enough to visit on a solstice, you’ll see Chichen Itza's magic at work; but I believe you’ll get your share of freakies coming, too. "

Cenotes

"It was amazing. This activity is something you can do nowhere else in the world. You are underground, swimming--it was crazy. If you have a problem being closed in, this is not for you. But, if you're out for an adventure, it's inexpensive and a rare experience."
